At Burgkidz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Please note that certain items, such as clearance or final sale products, may not be eligible for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
